• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase may be considered

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STALLZERO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features (meal plans, schedules, recommendations, etc.) is provided for your personal use. You own any original content you create using AI assistance.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STALLZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STALLZERO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
